Headhunting service

Our headhunting service is a joint partnership between us and our client.  

Only 20% of the UK's workforce is registered with a Job board,  The remaining 80% are passive. They are not actively looking but 56% of this group will listen to opportunities.

We work with you to identify the companies that have the people with the skills you need.  We then network on your behalf and discretely inform the people you want of your opportunity

For all companies that have a volume of interim's, they can enjoy an immediate cash in pocket saving  by utilising our interim analysis service.  The service is free of charge to local companies or just expenses are charged elsewhere.

We conduct a full review of all your interim's, often identifying more than first thought engaged and work with each stakeholder to identify if they are mission critical or not.  

We then identify how many are needed but can be engaged via our direct engagement model saving an average of £15,000 per interim.

We have a number of qualified Personal Profiler's within the company.  We use DISC theory which has been proven to be a highly accurate indicator of a persons traits/natural abilities.
